16. Force Majeure

YS Photo Studio & Color Processing Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing any obligation under these Terms where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

1. Natural disasters including floods, earthquakes or fires.
2. Pandemics or public health emergencies.
3. War, terrorism or civil unrest.
4. Government actions or regulatory changes.
5. Internet outages or telecommunications failures.
6. Power failures or failures of third-party service providers.

Performance of the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.

17. Entire Agreement

These Website Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and YS Photo Studio & Color Processing Sdn. Bhd. relating to your access to and use of this Website.
